Audit, build, operate.

Every engagement starts with an audit of your operation, moves to a fixed-scope build when the work is clear, then into managed operation if you want us to run it with you.

Audit

We map how your operation actually runs: the handoffs, repeated decisions, tools, knowledge gaps, and places where AI would add useful leverage. The audit also names where AI does not fit.

Timeline: About a week.

What you get:

  • Operations map
  • System opportunities
  • Risks and non-fits
  • Written scope recommendation

What it does not include: No build work yet. Scope and quote come from the audit, in writing, after the work is clear.

Build

We build a fixed-scope system around the audit: agents, automations, dashboards, client hubs, content workflows, knowledge systems, or tool integrations. Approval gates are the default for outward-facing work.

Timeline: Usually 2–6 weeks depending on scope.

What you get:

  • Working system
  • Approval workflows
  • Documentation
  • Handoff and operating notes

What it does not include: No open-ended rebuild and no surprise expansion. Any change in scope is written down before work changes.

Operate

We run the system with you: monitoring, guardrails, iteration, prompt and workflow adjustments, and practical reporting on what the system is doing.

Timeline: Ongoing when you want managed operation.

What you get:

  • Monitoring
  • Guardrail tuning
  • Iteration
  • Regular operating review

What it does not include: No lock-in. You own the code, data, accounts, and system direction.

Questions operators ask first.

Ownership, approval, scope, and cost discipline are part of the system design, not paperwork after the fact.

Who owns the system?

You do — code, data, accounts, and operating context. Managed operation is a service, not a lock-in strategy.

What do you actually build?

Automations, agent crews, dashboards, client hubs, content pipelines, MCP tool integrations, knowledge wikis — whatever the audit says moves the needle.

Will agents talk to my customers?

Only through approval gates. A human OKs every outward message before it sends.

What does it cost?

Quoted in writing after the audit: fixed scope, no surprises. AI usage costs pass through at cost with no markup.

What if AI isn't the answer?

The audit says so. That's what it's for.
